She has been a certified MyoKinesiologist since 2015 and has recently received a Master in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques from Erik Dalton's Freedom from Pain Institute. In addition, she is certified in Medical Massage and Neuromuscular Reprogramming, and spent more than 7 years in Alaska, working with bodies and natural healing in the fishing community.

Heather is the owner of Elite Performance Wellness Center, and has a passion for bringing knowledge and education to those around her to bring their practice to the Next Level. She has also taught snowboarding and trained others in customer service for 10+ years. She has worked with The Victim Witness Assistance Program, The Oregon Veterans Home and other local agencies to relieve trauma from the body including PTSD and violent crimes.

In her spare time, Heather works and trains rescue dogs (German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois) and directs a camp every year for teenagers in the foster care system called Teen Reach Adventure Camp, or TRAC. The camp uses obstacle courses to teach teenagers that they are valuable, how to communicate in a healthy manner, and how to trust themselves and those around them.
