Refunds: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If unable to attend, you will be able to reschedule to any available NLI class of your choosing within 1 year of the original class purchased. Cancellations with fewer than three (3) days’ notice will be charged half the seminar tuition, the rest of the amount paid will be held in your account and may be applied towards any other NLI class of your choosing within 1 year of the original purchase. Registration fees do not include any potential, additional expenses to complete the training, including food, travel, and lodging.

** There is a special COVID-19 cancellation policy in place in order to protect students and staff so that we may continue to safely meet in person. If you are sick please do not attend in-person classes. You will be given a refund credit in full if unable to attend last minute due to COVID upon providing proof of a positive test result.

All other last-minute sicknesses will be refunded as a personal cancellation, with the balance being placed on your account as a credit that you may use towards any class of your choice within a year. Inclement weather cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
